Asel Shingisova graduated from the Kazakh National Academy of Arts named after T. Zhurgenov, where she laid a solid foundation in fashion theory, costume design, and styling.A pivotal milestone in her career came in the summer of 2023 when she won the prestigious Next Designer Award, organized by Visa. This victory secured her a $10,000 grant to develop her own collection and earned her a coveted spot on the runway at Visa Fashion Week Almaty.Beyond designing for her brand, MICRONIQ, Asel is an accomplished stylist. Her work spans across fashion projects, theatrical productions, and vintage costume styling. Today, her unique collections are actively featured and sold in prominent concept stores across Almaty and Astana.
