Carlo MollinoStools from Lutrario Hall (Set of 4)

Carlo Mollino is an Italian architect, designer and photographer. His independent wealth allowed him to pick and choose projects, resulting in an oeuvre of unique, often site-specific works and never manufactured for the general public. In the 1950’s, he began to use new materials like vinyl and enameled steel and took a modernist turn in his designs. For the Lutrario Ballroom, a famous dancing in Turin, Italy, he designed this set of stool with specific attention to the structure supporting the seat. Literature: F.&N.
