Abstract Carbonized Soban Table

A new abstract carbonized soban by artist Park Honggu. Reinterpreting the traditional Korean soban, this piece stands on three legs. Using a distinctive carbonization technique, the surface is first charred and then carefully carved back, revealing a deep tone reminiscent of aged leather.
