Lel Chandelier

The "Lel" Chandelier is a sculpture of light born from the element of wind. The shades are cast from glass using the slumping technique: molten glass slowly settles and freezes in waves, echoing the movement of an air flow. Each surface is unique due to the living texture of the glass, while the shape and size of the shades remain uniform. A brass frame delicately holds the multi-tiered composition of shades, as if the wind froze for a moment, catching the glass petals in a swirling dance. Warm 3000K light passes through the textured surface, scattering in soft highlights, making the light tangible and almost alive. The name refers to Lel—the Slavic god of love, passion, and marriage from Renaissance mythology. Much like its namesake, this chandelier carries warmth, sensuality, and a touch of magic, turning any space into a place where you want to linger. Handmade. Brass, glass. Warm 3000K light.
