Green Quarter

This urban design was developed around a "Smart City" framework, where essential municipal services and infrastructures are integrated through a centralized smart platform. The system coordinates energy, water, wastewater management, waste disposal, traffic control, IT, and emergency response services, while also supporting cultural and tourism initiatives. The Master Plan features centralized technical facilities—including waste and wastewater treatment plants and energy production units—connected by an underground distribution network for optimized maintenance and accessibility.
